The Gourmate Smart Cooking Machine features weight sensors built into the base. To use
the built-in scale, tap the SCALE mode. Be sure to tare the scale to zero before adding
ingredients to the bowl in order to get an accurate measurement. The scale is also
accessible in all guided recipes for weighing ingredients.

To change the unit of measurement, press and hold the SCALE/TARE button to select the
unit you prefer (grams or ounces).

The main body of the machine should only be cleaned with a damp cloth or a soft detergent, if
necessary. Use clean water and wipe with a clean cloth. After cleaning, do not use the appliance
until it has completely dried.

The following parts are dishwasher safe: steamer lid, shallow steaming tray, deep steaming tray,
steamer seal, mixing bowl, seal for blade, blade, simmering basket, butterfly whisk, spatula, lid
seal, mixing bowl lid, and measuring cup.

Pro tip: For a quick, easy wash, add dishwashing liquid and water in the bowl of the machine
and blend it at a high speed for a few seconds. This helps remove stuck on ingredients, saving
you scrubbing time. You can also heat up the water prior to blending for an even more effective
clean.

You bet! The Smart Cooking Machine is 18.68’’ H x 11.97’’ W x 8.39’’ D, making it kitchen counter
friendly and easy to store when not in use. It saves room by replacing several single-use
appliances: a scale, stand mixer, whisk, grate and more. You’ll be able to break up with your
other appliances – you’ve found the one to do it all!

The My Gourmate app can be used with any Android or iOS phone.

You can easily and quickly pair your smart device via Bluetooth and WiFi with our Instruction Guide.

No problem, we can fix this! First, you want to ensure your machine and your phone are both connected to the same local WiFi network. This network must be 2.4 GHz. (Do not connect to 5GHz) We then recommend turning the machine off, deleteing the app and redownloading it. If you continue to have issues please contact support for personalized assistance.

Of course! You can operate the Smart Cooking Machine from any device once it is paired. Just download the My Gourmate app and sign in to access your favourite recipes and more!

Within the My Gourmate app, choose from dozens of recipes. Gourmate ships via Fedex Ground. You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days after being processed for the item to arrive at its final destination.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Smart Cooking Machine within 30 days of receiving the item.

If you wish to return your Gourmate Smart Cooking Machine, please submit a return request through our contact page.

In your request we kindly ask you to include your full name, email, phone number, order number, product serial number (found under the unit) and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a pre-paid Fedex label. The return shipment can be dropped off at any authorized FedEx location.

Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, we will then refund the full amount of your order back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for the product to arrive back at our warehouse, and up to 2 business days from the arrival of the product for the refund to

be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction on your account.

The Gourmate Smart cooking Machine is expected to be returned in working condition and complete with all included accessories.

Please note that our return policy does not apply for any orders purchased through other authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

Here at Gourmate we don’t want you to fret about freight. We will cover the shipping costs both to you and back to us in the event of a return.

Unfortunately, the item is ineligible for return after the 30 day window has passed.

Each appliance has a US-based one (1) year limited warranty. Please note that proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service.

Your Smart Cooking Machine is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from your purchase date. Should any part(s) prove to be defective during this one year period, we (Paragon Group USA Inc.) are responsible for
replacing the defective part(s) only. We are not responsible for labor charges or any
incidental expenses related to the defective part(s). Batteries are not covered by this
warranty.

It is your responsibility to take good care of your Smart Cooking Machine. Repair service,
adjustments and calibrations due to misuse, abuse or negligence to the appliance are not
covered by this warranty. Unauthorized service or modification to the appliance or any of its
components will void this warranty entirely.

This warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, installation, set-up time,
loss of use, postage, unauthorized service, or other products used in conjunction with
Gourmate products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
