Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert. Layers of ladyfinger cookies and whipped mascarpone filling create this sweet, fluffy delicacy. Translated to “cheer me up” in English, tiramisu will leave you smiling and your tastebuds happy.

Directions
- Attach the butterfly whisk and add your cream, whip for 90 seconds / speed 4. Remove from the mixing bowl and store in the fridge.
- Attach butterfly whisk to the mixing bowl. Add Eggs, Egg yolk and sugar to the mixing bowl. Whisk for 6 minutes / speed 3.
- Remove the measuring beaker and mix for 2 minutes / speed 3. During the mixing process slowly add the mascarpone through the lid opening.
- Dip the ladyfingers into the cold coffee but only keep them in until they’re fully soaked otherwise the ladyfingers will fall apart.
- Then build your tiramisu with a layer of ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
- Finish with cocoa powder and keep refrigerated until serving for 5 hours.
- Enjoy your dessert!
Chef Tip: Prepare your tiramisu a day before serving and finish with cocoa powder.
