French Beans with Crispy Bacon

Directions
- Wash and trim French beans. Add water to the mixing bowl.Â
- Place French beans into the shallow steaming tray and attach steamer to the mixing bowl.Â
- Steam the beans for 15 minutes using the steaming button.Â
- Rinse the beans with cold water and keep them in ice water.Â
- Peel and halve garlic and onion and add to the mixing bowl.Â
- Chop for 5 seconds / speed 5. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.Â
- Cut the bacon into strips and add to the mixing bowl.Â
- Remove the measuring cup and sauté for 6 minutes using the Sauté function.Â
- Add steamed French beans to the mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.Â
- Sauté for 5 minutes using the Sauté function.
